Job summary

Kuraray America, Inc. in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse operations, process orders, and coordinate shipping documentation.

The role requires precise communication with CSR, Logistics, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. You will maintain SAP/WMS updates, support dock scheduling, and assist with inventory control, while upholding safety and compliance in a 100% onsite warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in customer service, administration, warehousing, logistics, or order processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Documentation: release daily packets, ensure accuracy, update SAP/WMS/Visitrak, coordinate with warehouse.
• Dock Scheduling & Driver Support: schedule docks, manage driver check-in/out, communicate instructions.
• Inventory & Record Management: support cycle counts, keep compliant records, reconcile discrepancies.
• Sample Order Creation & Shipment: process samples, label, document, package, and track shipments.
• Customer Service & Communication: respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal partners, ensure timely updates.
• Administrative & Compliance Support: maintain logs, SOPs, and comply with safety and regulatory programs.
