Rubberworx is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, TX to manage customer inquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate across sales, purchasing, warehouse, and operations. Qualifications

• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related business.
• Strong communication and responsive, helpful approach to customer questions.
• Familiarity with order-to-cash processes, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience preparing quotes and working with pricing structures or contract accounts.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders, inventory receipts, and cycle counts accurately in ERP and other systems.
• Respond to questions about products, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotes and help customers identify suitable products using technical specs and catalogs.
• Track open orders and update customers about delays, backorders and delivery dates.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with sales, purchasing, warehouse and operations teams.
• Monitor overseas containers, vessel ETA changes, port arrivals, and customs release status.
• Enter vessel and container details in ERP to support landed-cost calculations and inventory receiving.
• Work with suppliers, freight brokers, and carriers to arrange pickups, track shipments and address delays.
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, credits, and warranty issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, pricing and order documentation.
• Support sales with quotations, order documents, and customer reports.
• Assist customers with inventory questions and product sourcing when items are unavailable.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to service goals for responsiveness and satisfaction.
