Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support implementation and administration of Vocera, training nurses and clinicians onsite at Bedford, MA. You will manage databases, servers, devices, and deliver sustainable training programs.

You will work with clinical departments, maintain data integrity, and provide on-site problem solving; travel about 10% while supporting a dynamic healthcare client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Vocera databases and ensure data integrity.
• Manage Vocera servers, perform updates, backups, and security practices.
• Manage Vocera devices, inventory, RMAs, and spares.
• Train users on Vocera and deploy sustainable training processes.
• Provide on-site support for end-user issues and troubleshooting.
• Document issue status and resolutions in case management software.
• Collaborate with customer to develop end-user satisfaction programs.
