Stryker is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support the implementation and administration of Vocera's hands-free communication solution at customer sites, training nurses and clinicians and ensuring data integrity.

You will manage Vocera databases, servers, devices, and on-site end-user support, collaborating with customers and Vocera Support to resolve issues and improve training programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience; nursing, business or IT preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT experience required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple Vocera databases and maintain data integrity with clinical teams.
• Manage Vocera servers: updates, OS maintenance, backups, and security practices.
• Maintain Vocera devices: inventory, RMA process and spares pool, documentation.
• Train users on Vocera; develop sustainable training processes for new hires and staff.
• Provide on-site support for end-user issues related to Vocera equipment, databases and training.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and report technical issues with Vocera and coordinate with support teams.
• Document issue status and resolutions using Vocera case management software.
• Develop end-user satisfaction programs and conduct regular surveys per client guidelines.
