Responsibilities include scheduling video conferences across remote sites, providing first-tier support, troubleshooting multi-vendor equipment (Polycom, Cisco, Pexep), and maintaining VTC schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with H.323, TCP/IP, and SIP protocols up to Tier 2 troubleshooting.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust followed by TS clearance.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule video conferences with remote sites and manage VTC schedules.
• Provide first tier support and troubleshoot multi-vendor equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot Polycom and Cisco video systems.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, verbal and written communication.
