Qualifications

• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone while assisting veterans.
• Proficient with multiple computer programs, tabs, and systems.
• Able to type quickly and accurately while talking with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with veterans.
• Provide updates, answer questions, and explain next steps.
• Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and ensure records are up to date.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars across systems.
• Review veteran files for complete and accurate documentation.
