Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist I to support auction vehicle intake and tracking at our Fredericksburg location. The role focuses on accurate data entry, asset tagging, and coordination with transporters to ensure smooth throughput in our vehicle operations facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of vehicle registration or auction experience, along with a valid driver s license and the ability to operate both

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license with safe driving record required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device for each vehicle received (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.).
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on vehicles upon entry.
• Attach Tracker to WO# and install on vehicle as required.
• Place work orders and routing labels; flag o key cases.
• Direct transporters to drop zones and report any transport damage.
• Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and ensure proper sale identification cidadãos.
