Job summary

Cox Automotive – USA is seeking a Logistics Specialist I for vehicle operations. This on-site role requires inputting accurate vehicle data into the system using Zebra TC handheld, recording VIN, stock, dealer ID, and vehicle details at the Auction.

You will place labels, route vehicles, install OBDII devices, and direct transporters to the drop zone while maintaining safety standards. The position offers hourly pay in the $15.10–$22.69 range and may include incentive programs depending on

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred, or up to 2 years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
Vision: close and distance, color vision, depth perception.

Responsibilities

Enter vehicle information into the system using a Zebra handheld device.
Record VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options.
Affix barcode/stock sticker on each vehicle received.
Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles.
Install OBDII tracking devices and direct transporters to the drop zone.
Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence.
Assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction lanes when needed.
