Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an entry-level vehicle intake associate to accurately enter vehicle data using handheld devices, affix labels, and support daily auction operations. The role includes placing work orders, routing labels, and installing OBDII devices.

You will coordinate with transporters and follow safety procedures to ensure smooth auction throughput and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information for registration into the system using a handheld computer (Zebra TC).
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
• Associate and install OBDII tracking device.
• Direct transporters to proper car drop zone.
• Adhere to safety and health procedures and support Safety Excellence.
