Cox Automotive is seeking a Logistics Specialist I to support vehicle check-in at a Cox location in the USA. The role involves data entry, GPS installation, tagging, and directing transporters during auction check-in.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and valid driver’s license. A 1–3 year background in auction/vehicle registration is a plus. On-site, night shift, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years related work experience.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
• Preferred: 1-3 years of auction/vehicle registration experience.

Responsabilités

• Input vehicle data into SECURE Application (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color).
• Install GPS trackers in OBII Port or with security cable.
• Remove license plates and document them.
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle.
• Place work orders and routing labels on vehicles on entry.
• Direct transporters to the proper drop zone and report damages.
• Cross-train for check-in support if needed by EPII team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor; may work overtime.
