Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Registration Associate to support vehicle processing at our Fredericksburg location. You will enter vehicle information into the AS400 system, affix stock stickers, and ensure accurate tracking as vehicles move through the lot.

The role requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand and lift light loads. Day-to-day duties include photo capture, working with transporters, and following safety procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate AS400 with handheld device.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 1–15 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Input vehicle data into AS400 for each vehicle received.
• Affix barcode/stock stickers on vehicles.
• Attach Tracker devices and manage WO numbers.
• Direct transporters to drop zones and report damage.
• Take digital photos of vehicles on receipt.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
