Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Vault Operations Supervisor to oversee Inventory Control, Photography, Title Editing and Operational Support at our New Castle, DE facility. This role reports to the Head of Vault Operations and works onsite five days a week.
You will lead on-site and remote teams, manage safety and training, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to improve productivity, accuracy, and service delivery in a fast-paced collectibles environment.

You’ll report to the Head of Vault Operations and work onsite from our New Castle, DE facility, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
