Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Durham, NC is seeking two Utilities Maintenance and Inventory & CMMS Inventory Specialists for a 1-year, 100% onsite contract at a leading manufacturing site. You will manage parts inventory, CMMS records, purchasing, and asset linkage to maintenance work orders.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of inventory/CMMS experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently with excellent organization and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inventory, maintenance, planning, or CMMS experience.
• Utilities Maintenance experience is required and must be demonstrated.
• High integrity, self-motivated and accountable.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Excel and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts and manage parts inventory and asset linkages.
• Manage CMMS inventory system including purchasing, receiving, and issuing inventory.
• Establish stock levels and reorder points; prevent stock-outs.
• Conduct periodic ABC analysis and physical counts.
• Provide guidance to less senior staff and technicians.
• Support maintenance/work order processes and data analysis.
