Job summary

Qualifications

• Background/credit check required; SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act compliance.
• Ongoing employment contingent on meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times.
• Open and process new accounts, including checking and savings.
• Cross-sell products and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
