Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent
• Demonstrates strong customer service and accuracy in cash handling

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper cash control and audit compliance
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.)
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions
• Assist with vault and night depository duties
• Stay informed of operational updates and changes to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly
