Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a customer service–oriented teller to provide quality, timely service in a banking center. You will handle daily financial transactions, open accounts, and introduce bank products to clients while meeting sales goals.

Position may require floating to other banking centers as needed and involves compliance with banking regulations and internal controls. Prior teller experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and to deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs and CDs.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
• Resolve client inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.
