Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and contributing to community growth. As a TurboTax Expert, you’ll leverage your tax knowledge to maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and offer ongoing planning guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to build a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and trust, including in-person and video interactions.
