Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships within the community. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, working in-person with clients, and leveraging Intuit tools to grow the local TurboTax client base.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise, in clear everyday language.
