Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a community setting.

The role emphasizes local outreach, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Applicants should have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses and knowledge of tax law.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, including complex tax scenarios and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
