Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Qualified candidates have an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience, are comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, and reside in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Must reside in the United States; onsite availability 20+ hours/week.

• Be a proactive community ambassador at local TurboTax locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds; provide future tax planning guidance.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local TurboTax business.
