Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll assist customers with full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, and help grow the client base in the local community.

The role requires an active EA/CPA or attorney license, on-site availability, and strong tax knowledge. You’ll engage with clients in person, promoting TurboTax services and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes (active).
• State licenses/certificates may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep; 1040s filed.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experience and build relationships.
