Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/Attorneys license with PTIN, have 3+ years of tax return experience, and are comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (1040) per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax prep and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and planning opportunities.
• Assist in growing the local client base through marketing and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
