Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, engaging with customers to build lasting relationships and drive community presence.

The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with a minimum of 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of tax law, and willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability (TurboxTax retail/flagship location) 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local retail locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help customers achieve financial goals.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
