Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax prep, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. A license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are preferred, with opportunities for personal growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes is necessary.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and represent TurboTax locally to grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
