Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our year-round TurboTax Retail team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement and delivering an exceptional customer experience while working in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Undertake discovery sessions to optimize deductions and plan future tax steps.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships in-store.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base with marketing support.
