Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location as part of a team of financial experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
