Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, exploration of deductions, and personalized tax support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will grow the local client base, participate in local marketing, and build long-term relationships while using TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
