Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You'll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

Build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax business, and deliver an exceptional customer experience with the support of marketing and tools. You must be licensed (EA/CPA/Attorney), have PTIN, and be willing to work weekends and wear the TurboTax uniform.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, Sunday–Saturday.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to resolve tax questions.
