Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You'll work in a front-facing retail environment, with potential bonus opportunities and benefits. A license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, along with strong tax knowledge and customer-service

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients reach financial goals.
