Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, build a local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Active EA/CPA or attorney license is required, with PTIN and state licenses. Flexible hours include Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week, with uniform provided and growth opportunities in community

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally via community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
