Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit support.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while leveraging marketing and software tools to grow a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) status or CPA license or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual interactions.
