Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support directly to customers in a retail setting, acting as a trusted financial advisor within the community. You will drive client growth and loyalty by engaging with locals, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools, and building a thriving on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN obtained to file taxes as required by law.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers on-site.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
