Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds using TurboTax tools.

Role emphasizes local community engagement, prospect outreach, and building lasting relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. On-site availability is required in California and other locations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 returns prepared per season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and regionally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional, long-term customer experiences and drive client loyalty.
