Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in California seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, engaging with clients in person to understand their unique tax situations. You'll also help grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA) or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Experience with TurboTax products and tax software.
• Ability to work on-site at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist clients with complex tax situations and deductions.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a retail setting.
