Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers while building your local client base.

As a trusted advisor in the community, you will lead outreach, deliver exceptional service, and help customers maximize refunds. This non-exempt, front‑facing role requires weekend availability and a passion for empowering clients with tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax content per policy.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
