Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and personalized support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow your client base, deliver accurate tax solutions, and help customers navigate tax laws. The role requires on-site presence, flexibility, and a customer‑minded, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state tax rules (1040s).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships in the community.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and leverage TurboTax tools for clients.
