Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to customers in person while building a local client base and loyalty. This non-exempt role requires on-site presence, flexibility to work weekends, and engagement in community outreach to grow Turbotax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
