Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full-service tax return preparation and software support to local customers.

As a TurboTax Expert, you’ll grow the client base, build relationships in the community, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador.
• Engage with new prospects and convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services.
