Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, performing in-person tax return preparation and tax guidance while helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

You will also participate in local marketing and community outreach to grow the client base and build lasting relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and compliance with tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours per week; some weekends may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Leverage government resources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
