You will provide full-service tax return preparation and personalized advice, working on-site with a team of financial professionals to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file federal/state returns.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upsell additional Intuit services and train for more complex work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
