Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support, while connecting clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will drive local growth and build long-term client relationships through in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage clients in-person and virtually using Intuit tools and resources.
