Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience. You will engage with local communities, build relationships, and grow the client base while delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging marketing support and resources.

Qualificações

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear provided uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan for future years.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships with community members.
• Organize local events and leverage marketing tools to build brand awareness.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services when relevant.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience in collaboration with specialists.
