Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing tax preparation, advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

The role emphasizes building local relationships, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and growing the local client base with support from TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s (30+ returns per season) with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with Intuit training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 hours; training required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and clear financial guidance.
