Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate at on-site TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide tax expertise, in-person and virtual support, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community outreach with TurboTax marketing support. The role emphasizes end-to-end tax services across personal and business needs, with a focus on high-quality customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
