Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts. You will provide tax preparation for TurboTax clients, advise on complex scenarios, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years filing 1040s (federal & state) using professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build relationships within the community.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience, guiding clients to financial goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end service.
