Job summary

Intuit is seeking self-motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for diverse clients, while collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow TurboTax’s presence in your community, conduct outreach, and build lasting client relationships, with a focus on clear communication and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual meetings.
• Assist clients in understanding and planning for future tax needs.
