Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite from a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.

You’ll build your local client base, act as a community ambassador, and leverage TurboTax tools to expand services, while guiding clients through personal, business, and advanced filings.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns (federal/state) prepared using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
