Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare and optimize tax returns, provide expert guidance, and support clients in person and virtually at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while growing your local client base and delivering a high‑quality tax experience for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform for advertising purposes.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax community presence.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and foster referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to address complete financial needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain trust through local events and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person meetings and Intuit video tools.
