Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will work onsite, build relationships, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience while helping clients achieve positive financial

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with your name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence and creating tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Act as a community ambassador and grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
