Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, from simple W-2 filings to business

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training and cross-training.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms; advertising on behalf of the company.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for the community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
